Based in Markdale, Good Little Builders specializes in residential construction
and renovations. We take great pride in our work and in meeting your goals for
your home or cottage. We share our expertise to help make your future home
healthier, more energy efficient, and more environmentally sustainable through
thoughtful consideration of design, material selections and construction methods.

Good Little Builders is licensed by HCRA (Home Construction Regulatory Authority)
and registered with Tarion.

We are a certified PHIUS Passive House Builder and EcoNest Affliate Builder.

Our Process

Our process typically starts with a consultation meeting to identify the key objectives and deliverables of your project. We will work together to clarify and document the scope of your project which is then utilized to develop a realistic and achievable cost estimate and construction schedule for completing your project. We follow an honest, transparent cost-plus model.

Our Services

We have roots in Grey County and have been working in the building construction industry with over 20 years of experience. The services we offer include: General Contracting, Pre-Construction Planning, Project Management, Sustainable Building Consultations, and Carpentry.

We are happy to serve the Grey-Bruce and South Simcoe areas, and we look forward to speaking with you about your future home, cottage, garage, bunkie, addition or renovation needs.

Our Team

Kyle Little

Owner & Project Manager

Kyle has a Diploma for Home Renovation from George Brown College. He has been working in the construction industry since 2007 as a carpenter and also as a Project Manager. Kyle’s experience is diverse; having worked on both residential & commercial projects ranging in size from a small off-grid eco-cabin in the forest to a new commercial production bakery, and numerous large, high-end custom residential homes with budgets exceeding $1.5M. Since 2015 he has been expanding his knowledge, training & experience with natural & sustainable, high-
performance construction, which is his current passion. Kyle is a certified PHIUS Home Builder and an EcoNest Affiliate Builder / Project Manager.

Pauline Siu

Operations Manager and Project Coordinator

Pauline has a Bachelor of Design from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), and a certificate for Sustainable Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal. She is a certified PHIUS Passive House Builder. Pauline worked in product design and development across many industries including sustainable apparel, consumer electronics, and plumbing & sustainable building products before diving into residential construction. Her career achievements
include a patented plumbing innovation, and CSA standard (CSA Z800 Basement Flood Protection and Risk Reduction). At Good Little Builders, Pauline overseas operations, and project coordination. Outside of work, you can find Pauline exploring nature with her dogs, fussing over her senior cat, and enjoying delicious meals with her family and friends.
